Tony Reid's Training Approach
Tony Reid is an experienced personal trainer that designs fitness programs that fits your ability and lifestyle. His skills as a life coach allow him to help you target other areas of your life that may be interfering with your health goals. He also recognizes that the individual at times has the answers within and all that is required is proper motivation. That is when he relies on skills acquired as a professional motivational speaker to inspire you for change.
Tony Reid received his training as a Personal Trainer from the American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA). Mr. Reid has been inspiring people to take charge of their lives for over 15 years with his unique style of motivational speaking and fitness training. He believes that the key to helping people change their lives is combining fitness training, nutritional coaching, time management, and motivation. Tony can proudly say that over the years he has helped thousands of people realize their fitness, career and lifestyle dreams.
Mr. Reid believes that his success is determined not by the number of people he trains, but by the number of people, he assists to reach their healthcare goals. He enjoys the feeling of a sense of accomplishment knowing that he designs and offers a comprehensive program that works.
Health Coach Training
Mr. Reid received his training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.
He studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. His teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
His education equipped him with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and his knowledge of different dietary theories, he works with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
Health Coach Approach
Mr. Reid practices a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that he looks at how all areas of your life are connected. Group training offers you the opportunity to merge Group Fitness with Personal Training. The group training classes are small classes that focus on a specialized format and individual progression.

Your personal trainer will work with you to identify your goals and create a personalized program for you. This information will allow your trainer to assess, discuss, motivate, and teach you how to improve your fitness, strength, or physique.
A Health Coach inspires you to adopt habits that are conducive to a higher quality of life. Your Health Coach will develop a customized care plan for you that includes goals and a plan of action. Together you will develop a relationship that actively moves you toward better health.
The Total Gym is an entire gym full of equipment in one machine. It works by using a % of your body weight as resistance. The resistance level is set higher to build muscle, lower to tone and slenderize. The unique design allows you to easily move from one exercise to another without having to add or remove weights.
